SFMC Home Lending has taken steps to be 10DLC compliant and to ensure all our text messages meet government and carrier standards. Providing your mobile phone number to SFMC Home Lending for lending purposes or general inquires will be considered permission to communicate to you through SMS text messaging.

Mobile phone information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
