My name is Chase Ozee, and I’m a data-driven mortgage loan originator committed to matching each borrower with the ideal loan structure specific to them. I started working in the mortgage industry shortly after earning my degree from Texas Tech University in 2016. I’ve built my process emphasizing clarity, communication, and expectation.

I am passionate about guiding my clients through the home buying process, from pre-approval to closing, and beyond. I understand that each client has unique financial circumstances and goals, which is why I take a data driven approach to develop customized loan options that fit each specific situation.

In addition to my experience in resale home financing, I have completed over $75MM in mortgage origination with new home construction. Buying new construction can be complex, with unique considerations such as builder requirements and construction timelines. My experience has provided a deep understanding of these complexities which allows me to guide my clients through the process to ensure a predictable and successful outcome.

Outside the office, I enjoy supporting the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Tech Red Raiders, fishing, traveling, and spending time with my wife, Marina, and daughter, Claire.
