How we survey our customers

In 2016, SFMC Home Lending introduced the Experience.com survey platform with the aim of enhancing customer service.

Experience.com offers our customers a voice to share their real-life Service First experiences and insights, providing valuable information and perspectives that can assist others in making informed decisions about their own mortgage journeys.

What is a Net Promoter Score?

A Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a metric that measures our customer loyalty and satisfaction by measuring the likelihood to recommend SFMC Home Lending to family, friends and others.

Being able to close on a house in less than a month was great. The Service First team was ready to close within two weeks which made things great. Thank you for the hard work and helping us get in our new house!
