We were beyond excited to have our teams from across Texas and Arizona come together to celebrate a record-breaking year at last week’s Sales Summit and Company Rally
“We really supported each other, we delivered for our customers, we supported our real estate agents and helped them get more business,” said John Donnelly, Executive Director of Sales. “I mean there’s a reason we’re considered the preferred partner of the real estate community.”
During the morning, our Loan Officers attended the Sales Summit where they were given tips and tools to further improve their business and gain a competitive edge within their markets.
A variety of topics were covered, including tips on connecting with potential agents and clients to establishing value propositions. Loan officers then broke into smaller groups to discuss what this meant to them and how they plan to implement it in the coming months.
After lunch, our entire team convened at the Company Rally. The place was lively as colleagues mingled, caught up, and shared success stories from the past year. Team members from all parts of the company were awarded for their invaluable contributions that helped Service First break records month after month.
To close out the day, our CEO Shawn Broussard got up to speak to once again congratulate the team on a great year and challenge them to “play big” in 2020.
