I was having my coffee the other morning, and I was thinking about how many people are new in the industry and have never been in in a situation like the one we’re in now. This has been difficult and might put them in a place where they don’t know what to do.

On Monday I sat down with Shawn Broussard, our President and CEO, over Zoom to have him share his wisdom as well as talk about what we’re doing at Service First during this whole situation.
