Recently Service First Mortgage was awarded the title of “One of the 50 Best Companies to Work for” by Mortgage Executive Magazine. Over 200 mortgage companies and banks participated and over 10,000 loan officers were surveyed.
Rankings are determined by surveys sent to companies with at least 30 employed loan officers where they are asked to rate their company’s culture, underwriting, loan processing, management, compensation, marketing, and technology. Mortgage Executive Magazine then combines all votes and averages the rating scores to select the top 50 companies.

This award adds to the accolades Service First earned after completing a record-breaking 2019 where the company set records in 10 out of 12 months and helped serve 4,330 families.
